Kristine Kubes is a construction lawyer who has focused her practice on construction and design since 1998. She founded her own firm serving design and construction professionals in 2009. She is both advocate and counselor. She litigates, arbitrates, negotiates all forms of client disputes; she fights for clients’ rights to payment; she counsels clients on risk management issues; she drafts their contracts; and represents clients before their respective licensing boards. She is a frequent teacher on ethics in professional practice for design professionals and other legal issues. She also mediates other parties’ disputes.
