At the ABA Forum on Construction Law 2024 Fall Meeting in Pittsburgh, PA, Kristine Kubes moderated a panel of industy experts to teach the technical aspects, issues, & impacts of Building Information Modeling (BIM) on design & construction. Joined by Rachel Riopel, AIA (MN) of HDR, Inc., & Connor Christian, P.E. (MN) of Kiewit, Inc., Kristine & team took a deep dive into BIM & taught the conference of construction lawyers best practices for helping clients navigate BIM projects.
